Reservations Policy

  1. You will need to provide a credit card number in order to make a reservation.
  2. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  3. If you do not have a credit card, we require a deposit of 50% of before tax total. In this case, we will hold the room for ten(10) business days. If the deposit does not arrive, we will cancel the reservation. (we hold the cheque or money order until you arrive)
  4. We require a 72 hour notice for cancellations. This means that if you do not cancel your reservation 72 hours before check-in time (3 pm Atlantic Time) of your reservation date, we will bill you for the room. (that is, of course, if we can not sell it to someone else)
  5. If you require a confirmation, please ask. We prefer to provide you with a confirmation number over the phone, by fax, or by e-mail.

    We will need 2 rooms with either king beds or 2 beds per room for 2 nights, September 7th and 8th, leaving Sunday September 9th. Please let us know.

    Hello. My wife and I will be in Mahone Bay on Monday, August 13 and are wondering if you have any openings. I should also let you know that my wife has an intolerance for gluten. Would this be an issue? Should you have an opening for us I will contact you by phone to supply you with my credit card information. I look forward to hearing from you.
